Captions and subtitles
Most content on TVNZ+ includes captions. You can turn captions on or off in the player while watching. Your preference is saved on each device. Live channels also support captions where available.
Audio descriptions
Audio descriptions provide a narrated description of on-screen action for viewers with visual impairments. Where audio descriptions are available, you can select them as an audio track in the player. Shows with audio descriptions are marked with an indicator on their page.
Multiple audio tracks and languages
Some content includes alternative audio tracks — for example, different languages or commentary options for sport. Select the audio icon in the player to see what's available.
