The TVNZ+ app is available on PlayStation 5.
How to get the app
Note: You'll need a TVNZ+ account before you can sign in. If you don't have one, sign up at https://www.tvnz.co.nz/app/onboarding on a phone, tablet, or computer first.
- On your PlayStation, open the PlayStation Store.
- Search for TVNZ+ and download the app.
- Once installed, open the app.
If you can't find the app, please make sure your region settings are correct, as only people in New Zealand can get TVNZ.
Signing in
TVNZ+ uses a one-time code instead of a password:
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code from TVNZ+.
- Enter the code to sign in.
Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble with TVNZ+ on PlayStation 5:
- Make sure the app is up to date. Check the PlayStation Store for updates.
- Check your internet connection.
- Close the app and reopen it.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
