- Restart your devices: Power off your TV and internet router at the wall, wait for 2–3 minutes, then turn them back on to refresh the connection.
- Check for pending software or app updates: Go to Settings → Support → Software Update → Update Now to check and install any pending updates.
- Reduce Background Apps Usage: Press and hold the Power button on the TV remote until the TV turns off and back on.
- Reinstall the App: Press Home → Apps → TVNZ+ → Delete, then download it again from the Samsung App Store.
