With our new platform, it’s no longer possible to update the email address on an existing account.
What you can do instead
If you still have access to your old email address:
- Delete your current account, and then
- Create a new account using your new email address. You can do it by clicking here.
If you no longer have access to your old email address:
- Head to the TVNZ+ sign‑up page and create a new account with your new email address.
This ensures your account details are set up correctly on the new platform.
Important to know
When you delete your account, your watch history, saved viewing progress, and preferences will be permanently removed.
These can’t be transferred to a new account, so you’ll be starting fresh when you sign up again.
