If you’re having playback issues with TVNZ+ on your Panasonic TV, we recommend the following:
- Restart your devices: Power off your TV and internet router at the wall, wait for 2–3 minutes, then turn them back on to refresh the connection.
- Reinstall the App: Press Home → Apps/Viera Connect → Select TVNZ+ → Delete, then reinstall it from the Viera Connect Market.
- Check for pending software or app updates: Go to Menu → Setup → System → Software Update to check and install any pending updates.

- Provide a screenshot of your internet speed test result. You can obtain this within the TVNZ+ app by heading to the Settings → Internet Connection → Check Now.
