The cache memory is a storage area for temporary data from apps and websites you access. Over time, this data can accumulate and lead to issues such as slow performance or connectivity problems. Here are few simple steps on how to reset this memory and resolve general app issues:
- Begin with opening the 'Settings' app on your TV.
- Now, go to the "General' option.
- Subsequently, select the 'Manage Storage' option that can be found under 'Usage' option.
- You will now notice a trash or bin icon beside the apps. Start clicking on this icon next to TVNZ+ app.
- In the end, click on 'Delete' button to confirm the deletion.
- Now head to the App Store and search for the TVNZ+ app, then download it.
