If you're having issues with stuttering/freezing using your Chromecast on your device, please go through the following troubleshooting tips:
First, double check that you have a strong internet connection when trying to access TVNZ+. You can test that here.
If you are using a mobile device, can you please go through the following:
- Double check that your device/TVNZ+ app are both fully updated.
- Try uninstalling then reinstalling your TVNZ+ app.
- Try soft resetting your Chromecast. For detailed steps on how to soft reboot, please click here.
