To help troubleshoot the issue, can you please check over the following:
- Double check that your Play/App Store is correctly registered to New Zealand.
- Double check that your device/computer time settings are set to New Zealand. If you're unsure, please click here for instructions on how to access date and time zone settings.
- Double check that your IP address is correct. You can check that here.
- Double check that you don't have proxy servers or a VPN active in your household.
- Double check that your caches and cookies have been cleared.
- Try restarting your device.
- Try uninstalling then reinstalling your TVNZ+ app.
- Double check that your TVNZ+/browser is fully updated.
