- Take a moment to check if there are any updates available for your web browser.
- Try clearing your caches and cookies to see if that helps.
- Try streaming using a different web browser than the one you're currently using, like Chrome or one of our supported browsers.
- Check your internet connection. If your internet connection is slow or intermittent, it will cause problems watching our videos. You can check that here.
