If your device is displaying a message "Sorry we're having a problem connecting right now" you may be on an old unsupported app version. Please update your TVNZ+ app by using the links below:
- For iPhones and iPads go to the App Store and update.
- For Android phones and tablets go to the Google Play Store and update.
Smart TV/Devices
If your Smart TV/Device gets stuck on the TVNZ+ loading screen you may be on an old unsupported app version. Please update your app in the devices app store.
If your Vodafone TV is displaying a message "It Looks like you are offline. <br/> Please check you internet connection and try again." you may be on an old unsupported app version. Please update your app by using the instructions here.
