If you're having issues with stuttering/freezing using your Chromecast on your device, please go through the following troubleshooting tips:
First, double check that you have a strong internet connection when trying to access TVNZ OnDemand. You can test that here
- Double check that your device/TVNZ OnDemand app are both fully updated.
- Try uninstalling then reinstalling your TVNZ OnDemand app.
- Try resetting your Chromecast.
If you are using a computer/laptop can you please go through the following:
- Try clearing your caches and cookies.
- Double check that your browser is fully updated.
- Try using an incognito browser.
