If you can't connect to your Chromecast dongle device, can you please check over the following: ·
- Double check that your device/TVNZ OnDemand app are both fully updated.
- Double check that your device and Chromecast dongle are both on the correct network.
- Try uninstalling then reinstalling your TVNZ OnDemand app.
- Try resetting your Chromecast.
- Double check that you have a strong internet connection when trying to access TVNZ OnDemand. You can test that here
After upgrading to iOS 14 you'll receive a prompt to allow TVNZ OnDemand to access Chromecast devices on your WiFi network. Alternatively, you can toggle on casting in your device Settings > TVNZ > Local Network.
