If the TVNZ OnDemand site or app is suggesting you’ve got the wrong details, we’d recommend you click Forgot Password on the Login page.
If the app you’re using doesn’t have this option, head to www.tvnz.co.nz in your browser on that device and try the Login page here. From there, you’ll get sent an email to set a new password which should then let you login!
If you’re using the app and you still can’t login after resetting your password, try turning your device off for at least 30 seconds at the wall (if plugged into a power source), or just off in general for 30 seconds. Then, try logging in again.
If the email you get to reset your password says it’s expired when you try to use it, please try deleting all TVNZ emails from your inbox, then try reset your password again. This time, the email should work!
