If the email link is suggesting it has expired, please try the following: First please delete all TVNZ emails from your email account, then go to the Login/Register page for TVNZ and try creating a new account with the same email address and details you used previously. You should be prompted to verify the account as it already exists, with an option to resend the email. Select the "Send" button and you should receive a new email in your inbox.
